The Season is Over
Actually it was over a week ago, but now it’s time to take the tree down before it dies. Also – my blog is officially back in business, despite those evil hackers.

Mazur is Back
It’s been a long time since I actually hung out in college bars, with real college students, drinking college beer. A long time, that is, until Mazur came to visit. And there we were. For once I didn’t get carded. Probably because most people there looked like mere children.
The music was good. The Pabst wasn’t bad, either. The company was stellar, too – although I was agast that you guys could get up and run the next day…well…later that day…well…at all.

Getting Set Up in the Front Office
Getting Set Up in the Front Office
The office is 1400 square feet, and has a number of different rooms, so we’ve even got room for expansion. It’s a little hard to see it in this shot, but the exposed brick corridor is where the long BAR used to be. Yep, about 60 years ago this place was a biker bar. I haven’t found any hidden money or secret diaries (probably because I avoid the basement – it’s creepy), but wouldn’t it be great if I did?

Biking to Work
We’ve landed a new office in an cool old building about 10 minutes away from home – by bike. It’s a really nice ride. Of course, this means I can only drag things to and from work that weigh less than 20 lbs and fit in a backpack (which means I actually drive at least two days a week – don’t ask what weighs more than 20 lbs, because I’ve tried to carry it all on my back and I know I’m an easy target with the camera, computer, exercise clothes, ipod, water and pretzels…not to mention the exercise mat and books).

Perfect Morning
We’ve been doing more camping at EC this year – trying not to be quite so wrapped up in our work. Since our schedule is flexible we’ve opted for picking the coolest days and heading out, even mid-week. The last morning we camped was prefect – we slept past 9. Who sleeps past 9 camping?
